The difference in part numbers more often than not refers to the "regional"
versions.
Is the one you're buying an extreme or a standard version?

Subject: [X-HW] Apple Part numbers

Can anyone tell me where to find a list of Apple Part numbers, including
things that are no longer on the market? I'm trying to buy an AirPort
Extreme Base Station with the antenna port. There are at least 4 different
versions of this base station, and I cannot find a description of the
features of one that's no longer for sale (M8930LL/A. Model # A1034).

Any idea where I should look?
