Say What??

I've been trying to update my version of iMovie 3.01.  I downloaded 
the 3.02 updater which according to Apple "Updates iMovie 3.0 or 
3.0.1 to iMovie 3.0.2 and provides improved performance and 
stability." However, every time I try to use it I get the message 
that the installer can't find an appropriate iMovie to update. Does 
anyone know what I can try to get this updater to work?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
