[X Newbies] Spring-Loaded Folders

no. they are not. If I double click the folder icon, the window opens 
within my screen. Just fine. If I move a file to the icon and wait for 
the spring-loader to open the folder, the folder opens off-screen.

g4/500 1.5GBRam, OS 10.2.2. too much hard disk.
