That's illegal, and it gives a bad name to those who buy the education versions for legitimate uses. If you use Photoshop, and all (read: many) of its features, for your work, I think it more than pays for itself over time, expensive as it is. If you don't think you'll use that many of its features, or don't use it professionally, then there are plenty of other options, which can be bought legally, among them Photoshop Elements, which does most of what Photoshop does, and costs just a fraction of the full version's price.
