Here's my question... The ability to run classic applications under OS X is great, but I have a few classic games that will not run under X at all. When I try to run them under X the classic environment begins starting up and then I get error messages. I have to boot into OS 9 to run them. So what do I do with those when I can no longer boot to 9? Just curious, Brian -----Original Message----- From: Mac OS X Newbies [mailto:X-Newbies at lists.themacintoshguy.com]On Behalf Of Eugene Lee Sent: Tuesday, December 03, 2002 6:17 AM To: Mac OS X Newbies Subject: Re: [X Newbies] Diskwarrior and OS X On Tue, Dec 03, 2002 at 05:34:42AM -0500, TheMacintoshLady wrote: : : David Crandon tapped out this message on 12/3/2002 3:11 AM : : >This relates to my question last week wondering if the new machines will : >boot of an OS9 CD? : : I think the consensus was that they will NOT. It's no "consensus". They will not. -- Eugene Lee eugene at fsck.net ---------- Check out the Mac OS X email list FAQ http://www.themacintoshguy.com/lists/X.html To unsubscribe, E-mail to: <X-Newbies-off at lists.themacintoshguy.com> To switch to the DIGEST mode, E-mail to <X-Newbies-digest at lists.themacintoshguy.com> Need help from a real person?
