2 drives, 2 OS, 2 log-ins

I have a dual 1 gig tower with two 80 gig hard 
drives.  I live on a commune with 80 people.  I 
want to have one Hard drive accessible to our 
graphics design group and one hard drive 
accessible to the membership at large.  I plan on 
mounting OS X on both drives and installing all 
soft ware on each.  My Question is wether I can 
set up the logins  to send the user to the 
appropriate hard drive and how would i do this.
