Keychains

Hi group.....Keychain is a PITA.  It keeps asking me if I want to 
change or not change keychains when I open Safari or Eudora.  Is it 
possible to eliminate Keychain and yet have Safari remember
ID's and passwords?  I'm not worried about security as I am the only 
user at home.
