Couldn't start the application

Hi Listers-

My set-up:

Desktop G4 1.25 GHz
OS X 10.2.3
Booted into X

Clicking on a linkable url  in Eudora always starts up Classic which 
in turn follows with an alert saying, 'Sorry couldn't start the 
application. -29298 [66:740]'.

Manually entering the url into either Internet Explorer or Netscape 
would bring up the site without any problems.

What would I need to do to be able to access the sites directly from 
a clickable url?
