My Web page:

How To Deal With Common
Macintosh OS X 10.2 Jaguar
Problems

at:

http://www.macattorney.com/tutorial.html

has just undergone a major update.

The site now has much information that cannot be found elsewhere, or
which cannot be easily found. There is a QuicKeys work-around for the
early iMac screen geometry problem available for download from the site,
and a custom Norton SpeedDisk profile that really helps performance. In
addition there is a solution for the spinning-beachball/pokey performance
problem that involves turning off background processes until they are
needed.

There are now FRENCH, DUTCH and SPANISH translations of the site
available. (Portuguese coming soon!)

Please spread the word about this site.

Thanks!

Most of the people I know use Macs, and it feels like we¹re a privileged
minority, though the odd thing is that, unlike Mercedes¹ or BMWs, they
are not significantly more expensive than the competition. Why does
anybody use anything else? -Douglas Adams
