Documents folder shows different items

Hi all,

Why is it my Document folder contains different items when looked
at from Home and from Computer? When I click on Home and open it,
it has 7 items. When I click on Computer, then Documents, it has
32 items (and includes the 7 items on the former list).

P.S.: Under Favorites, 7 items.

(Still almighty confused ...)
