Only Eudora 5.2.1 is running on my Mac and I see the same effects 
like Ed. It looks like it has something to do with TCP/IP, I've see 
similar actions on a Quicksilver as I installed 10.1 (a few months 
ago). Disconnecting from the ethernet (leased line, network is fine) 
helped.
