Mail/Safari HTML issues

Cricket,

I was just wondering if Apple has acknowledged the HTML rendering 
problem in Mail.app in OS 10.3. It appears that HTML sent from AOL 
users is a consistent problem on my end. I have screen shots if you 
don't know what I'm talking about.

Any ideas or info for a fix?
