iTunes Radio

Is there some setting I can tweak to improve the connection I get when 
listening to internet radio on iTunes? Or does Real Audio work better?

It loses the connection and rebuffers quite often.

When I used my friend's DELL laptop on a wireless router, it never lost 
it once.
Of course it was not picking up mail every 15 minutes either.

I have found a real live 50s station (rare) and I love listening to 
that while I am working.

A horrid looking website but I just love the music.
