Mac Version of "Workshare" application?

Folks:
At work, where we moving over entirely to Macs, there
is currently a Windows-Only application called
"Workshare"
http://www.workshare.com/products/pr_dv_overview.htm

In a nutshell, it takes an original doc and compares
it to a new doc and automatically highlights the
changes for quick review and comparison.
Does anyone know if there is a similar product like
this for the Mac?

A lot of inquiring minds around here want to know.
