Need Help Changing "Owner's" Name

Does anyone know how to change the "Owner's" name that appears in the 
upper left corner of the "System Profiler" window that results from:

Apple Menu -> select "About This Mac" -> then select "More Info..."

I put the wrong name in when setting up a PowerBook.
