Panther 10.3.2 bugs?

Since upgrading from 10.3.1 to 10.3.2 on my dual 1.8 G5 PowerMac the 
Help function has become very erratic. Sometimes it won't come up at 
all and other times the viewer disappears when I click on a link. 
Removing the three Help prefs-related files temporarily solves the 
former but not the latter. I've repaired permissions, run MacJanitor, 
and Disk Utility from the DVD but the problems persist. Also, since 
upgrading, my internal modem has taken to quitting spontaneously and 
Apple Profiler incorrectly reports the number and nature of the G5's 
USB and Firewire ports. Any similar experiences or resolutions? I'd 
submit a bug report to Apple but I can't seem to find the necessary
