We did and it was nowhere. He did not even come up with files that had

Heh, yes, but that is not what I mean.

What I mean is, I know how to see if it's 10.2.8 but what about that 
bogus iteration that was pulled? I have the feeling he did it 
immediately after that came out and it was bad..remember? Is there like 
a number after the 10.2.8.........?
