The point is IT DOESN'T! All because the quote mark muddies up the file 
extension which X must use to determine the file type..which Vincent 
has so explained a million times.

So no app could be chosen, it was greyed out for me just as it was for 
him when  we attempted it over the phone.

Only when I removed that could the file then associate, and it did it 
by itself, I had to chose nothing.
