Greetings from Spain

We have a phone line at the church and Broadband/ADSL is available. I would
like to allow people with internet access to attend our services. I have
seen it done at www.kogf.org  but the camera is static, long distance, and
better than nothing.

>From a previous life I have a remote control CCTV type camera base, that
could be fixed to a wall, to allow the camera position to be moved to focus
on different parts of the congregation. We would need fixed cameras for the
pulpit and keyboard, but, and here I come to my question

Is there an application that would allow me to 'mix' from one camera to the
other on a lap top, to create an image that would then be streamed out to
watching homes?

We would need to be sending one picture whilst assembling the next, and then
cut to the new picture, and so on.
