[X-Newbies] Problem installing Fink on OS X 10.3.8.

OK, the latest news is that my tech guy dumped Virex and deleted the
~/sw folder. Now when I try to install Fink, I get the error:

"Fink 0.6.3 Installer cannot be installed on this computer.

This version of Fink requires Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar)."

So... I have to wait around until a newer binary is developed?
