A general hint for newbies. Although still one of the more atrocious 
components of Mac OS X, Mac Help is the closest source of information. 
Try it first. Next is the Apple Knowledge Base, handily accessed 
through Sherlock. Launch Sherlock, select the AppleCare channel, and 
search.
