[X-Newbies] spelling correction in mail

Hi,

New to the Apple environment, I' m struggling to get things to work  
like I feel they should. One of the features I'm exploring now is the  
spelling correction in mail. As I ordered an US OS X (Tiger) mail  
defaults to US English spelling correction, which is fine composing  
English messages. My mail use will be with messages written in Dutch.  
So basically I'm looking to add a Dutch dictionary to mail and to be  
able to choose between languages. I have tried to search spotlight,  
the helpfiles and the internet, but could not find a solution. Could  
anyone point me in the right direction?
