[X-Newbies] HELP : Mail 2 crashed when importing Mail 1

I am sending this again ; please help me

Hello,

No luck I had a bad sector on my disk and Mail 2 crashed when  
importing Mail 1.

I have all my messages in user/"myname"/library/cache/mail but all  
the files are encoded.

Is there is a way to recover those files ?

My Mails are filtered by the SPAM engine of Wanadoo.
SPAMMERS you can remove all the @Wanadoo addresses for you SPAM
