Thanks,  I just  rebuild  the mail boxes, I will look into the " the 
X4U list".  I'll let you know.

  Try looking in the archives of the X4U list at the same site as this 
list. I'm pretty sure something like this was discussed there recently.

  Have you tried rebuilding your mail boxes? It's the last selection on 
the Message menu.
