[X-Newbies] "Internet Connect" crashes all the time

Dear all,

"Internet Connect" keeps crashing all the time whenever I try to open 
the "Connection Log" window.

How do I fix it? I tried deleting the files 
"com.apple.internetconfig.plist", "com.apple.internetconfigpriv.plist", 
and "com.apple.internetconnect.plist" at /users/'me'/library/preferences 
but it didn't do any good.

How do I fix it?

My mac is a Mac Mini 1.42GHz, Sys10.4.
