[X-Newbies] Login options - user accounts

Greetings all,

I'm in need of some more flexible options for user account options,  
besides the one Apple has showing.  Here's what I'd like.

1. Permitted hours total on a per day / week basis.
2. Login hours. (say, user x can only login from 16:00 - 18:00)

This would just be under the normal OS X 10.49 on a iMac btw.  Any  
hidden features to be aware of?
I'm sure the server solutions that Apple offers would have this, but  
I figured that I'd ask. ;)
