[X-Newbies] Where does cache for web browsers reside in Leopard?

I think I have found out part of the reason that I am getting hit by extreme
system slowdowns on my G5 with Leopard. I haven't excluded the cache folders
from the time Machine backup. Does anyone know where the cache for various
browsers reside? I have found Firefox, but I mainly use Safari or Fluid. I
also have Opera and Camino.
