folder lock.

This is a folder lock question.

I have set up a simple file only server using OSX server software.
Everything is going well but I'd like to be able to do a get-info on
the some folders to lock them so they can't be moved or renamed.
Get-info yields a checkbox for individual files but the lock box is
dimmed for folders. This use to work nicely with appleshare 6.x. What
am i doing wrong?
