[X Servers] OSX 10.3.2 [code=CANT_CONNECT_LOOPBACK]

I just updated to 10.3.2 and have no problem accessing 127 or localhost 
in Safari or Camino. I tried both on and off the network. Have you 
check you Firewall settings?
