AD on 10.3

I'm trying to setup my 10.3 server to Authenticate Windows, that works 
and my home directories show up, I'm wondering if there is a way to 
change the default windows desktop to show My Computer, Internet 
Explorer, and any other programs I want without having to login as each 
user.
