If you are using AFP, I think there is a limit of 2 gigs when
transferring files

Don't know if this is an issue here, but I have *always* had problems
transferring from any file server (be it Win, ASIP or X) over an
Airport...

Small stuff is no problem, but large stuff just times out half way
through
and locks me up until I get a 'Server Disconnected' message.

Do the problems still exist with a wired connection?
