clearing DNS cache

My ISP (and all other ISP's I have friends on) have all updated a DNS 
record for my domain, but I'm still seeing the old site on the old 
server, after 4 days.

So, I figure it must be some kind of DNS cache on my Mac (Panther).

I followed this advice, but it didn't help:

What *has* worked so far is switching my DNS (preferences > network) 
from my ISP's DNS to my host's DNS.


Any ideas on where I need to look and how I can fix it all whilst using 
my ISPs DNS?
