James I use textedit to remove

#Encryption Required
<Limit GET>
AuthType Basic
AuthClass System
</Limit>
</Location>

Them I save the file to the desktop and copy the same file back to the 
/etc folder, but the sudo>>>>>>> restart is not working.

any additional info I should know about??
