[X-Unix] Tape Backup - DDS3

Could I ask what type of SCSI cards your using?
I currently have an SCSI Adaptec 2944UW (High Voltage Differential)(We 
used the backup unit at the office on one of our SUN workstations) and 
it's not supported under OS X.

Any recommendations?

I'm running OS X 10.3.2
