[X-Unix] Tiger X11.app and xforwarding in ssh

Sometime in May Kevin Stevens assaulted the keyboard and produced:

I don't think so. Apple added ksh officially, though I understand it was
there before. However, my default shell in Tiger and in 10.3 before that
is and was bash.
