[X-Unix] Disable user accounts?

1) Open NetInfo Manager.

2) Navigate to /users/username and select the user account you wish to
disable.

3) In the Value field for the password Property, replace the existing
password with a single asterisk (*).

4) Save changes.


The account will no longer be available from the login screen, nor will
anyone be able to log in to it.

(Any admin user can "reactivate" the account by giving it a valid password
in Accounts preferences.)
