I also wanted something similar to Ben, i.e.
sendsmtp -to "jameswright at drag-and-drop.com" -from "admin at drag-and-
drop.com" -subject "warning" -body "Check your disk usage" -server
"mail.drag-and-drop.com" -username "myusername" -password "mypassword"
Anything out there?
