[X-Unix] Checking vnode usage in 10.4

Posted this elsewhere with no replies, perhaps I should have asked here
first.

For some of you, the answer may be known/obvious, but:

How would you go about displaying vnode usage in 10.4, without pstat ?

I didn't find an alternative to FreeBSD's: sysctl vfs.numvnodes
and a look through /usr/include/sys/sysctl.h didn't lend any clues, perhaps
I looked right past something ?
