[X-Unix] parsing help?

Folks;
	I've got a FileMaker exported csv files in the following format:

Part#,Disc.,List Price, ... ,Competitor1 part#
,,, ... , compeditor2 part #

.
.
.
  ,,, ... ,compeditorx part#
Part#,Disc, List price, ... ,Competitor1 part#

I currently have to manually parse the Competitor2 thru competitorx  
part#'s on to the previous line.
	Any one have any idea(s) how I might be able to automate this  
procedure?
