[X4U] Sloooooooow on G5

Hi Birgit,

It's restored now.  I had reinstalled 10.3.6 (the update) again.  This 
must have removed a setting in my Proxies in Network.  I just found out 
that on HTTP proxies nothing was filled in as it should be.  After all 
these years I can't believe it took me so long to find it.
