[X4U] ZTERM

Hello all:

Here's my dilemma.  I need to use ZTERM, but when I open the program I 
get the following error:  ###  Error: 2 opening port
Now I'm currently using my Power Mac G4, but I have also tried running 
the program on my PowerBook G4 and get the same error.

So since I'm 99.99% sure it's not a hardware issue on both systems, I 
must be over looking a configuration setting somewhere?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
