[X4U] User account question

[Mark Des Cotes]

I have 3 users set up on my computer. All three have administrative 
access.

1) Mark (the one I use all the time)
2) Admin (used for troubleshooting)
3) Temp (I created this one in order to test something)

When I'm logged in to "Mark" I I can open the other two users folders 
and have access to their "Sites" and "Public" folders (the other 
folders within are locked). But when I log in as either "Admin" or 
"Temp" the entire "Mark" user is locked. I can't open it to get at the 
"Public" or "Sites" folders. Is this normal?
