[X4U] iPod, PC, & FW or USB 2.0

Our son received an iPod (20 GB) for Christmas. He has a PC. :(
Unfortunately, I didn't bother to open the package or read that a 2.0
USB port or FW port was needed. I found an older firewire card that
someone had given me. I installed it, but obviously it doesn't have
enough umph to power the iPod. It recognizes that the iPod is
connected, except in the preferences of iTunes.

If Best Buy is open tomorrow I'm sure he will go down and buy a new
card, my question is, does anyone have a USB/Firewire card they would
recommend for a PC. It suggests on the Apple site to use a Belkin or
Orange Micro PCI USB 2.0 card. It looks as if Best Buy doesn't have
either one of those, although they have several Adaptec. It would be
nice if he could get a FW and USB combo card, but I hate to tell him
one and have it not work.

Thanks for any information you can give me.

  Nancy S.
