I finally found the solution.  These who can't find it can ask for it.  
I will send it.  It start with G1 B1.... in total 15 moves.

For those who would like to do something else these days, see

without any other rules or explanation I think that the frogs need to 
change places.  I only don't know how I do it.  I'm always stuck at the 
end.  If someone has the solution, please let me know.
