[X4U] Transferring mail folders to another Mac?

Hello,

I have a TiBook where I used Apple Mail. I just purchased the new 
1.2GHz iBook. I'd like to transfer the Apple Mail and Safari files to 
the new iBook.

Where in the maze of files on my TiBook's HD, are the files I need to 
copy over to the iBook? Thank you in advance for assistance. Cheers.
