[X4U] 16 bits ACELP Codec WMP Mac OS X?

I'm having problems accessing a videao/audio stream in windows media
format at this site:

The problem is the audio codec. The site uses a 16 bits ACELP Codec
which is not supported on my setup.
I'm using Mac OS X 10.3.6 and WMP 9.0.0 (3307).

Anybody know if there's a solution to this?
