[X4U] Reading web pages in foreign language

[Domenico Bettinelli]

I have a friend visiting from India for a couple of months and he wants to
keep up with the news from home. Unfortunately, I'm having a hard time
getting the web pages to display properly. His language is Tamil and I can
download the correct fonts, but the encoding is all wrong. What can I do?
