Paul,

There are two "try" statements in there to trap errors, so if you aren't
getting an error message things are executing as they should.

Are you dropping the JPEGs into the folder *loose* or are you dropping a
folder of JPEGs in there? They must be dropped as files, not as a folder of
files. Also, the script requires that a JPEG either have a "JPEG" file type
or be named with a .jpg or .jpeg extension. Are yours named like that?
