[X4U] Turn on file sharing from the Terminal?

Well, I figured that since both firewall & sharing were mentioned in 
the plist's filename, it was probably the preferences file for the 
System Preferences > Firewall & Sharing dialogue. I'd try switching 
that entry & rebooting.
