I am getting the same error. I have tried several things like reinstalling 10.3.9 update, cleaning the cache, trashing most preferences, etc. I still get this error after the Mac has been idle for a while. Any application that I try to launch does not launch, however applications already running have no problems. Any help would be appreciated. John
